How to apply for verification of origin

Enter your contact details. Please note that your need to have an e-mail address to be able to apply electronically.
Enter the vehicle details for the vehicle(s) that the application concerns.
Review your application.
Pay the application fee.
When your application has been completed, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you have stated. Attached to this e-mail you will find a pdf which you should print and send to us by regular mail. In the pdf you will find information about which documents to enclose.

Please note that we will not start processing your application until the application fee has been paid.

Are you planning to apply for more than 10 vehicles in one day?

Please keep in mind that you may only receive a summary invoice for the first 10 vehicles. If you would like to apply for more than 10 vehicles in one day, you have to make a separate application for each vehicle, one at a time, in order to receive an invoice. A case sheet with payment details will be sent to the e-mail address you have stated in your application.
